Qualifications

Consumer Credit: Recent accounts must be favorable.
Criminal Screening: We use a criminal screening service.
Rental History/Mortgage History: Recent accounts must be favorable with no evictions, no foreclosure in history.
Employment: Must have been employed for two years and earn three (3) times the rental rate per month.
Renter's Insurance: $100,000 minimum liability coverage is required.
