| Consumer Credit: | Recent accounts must be favorable. |
| Criminal Screening: | We use a criminal screening service. |
| Rental History/Mortgage History: | Recent accounts must be favorable with no evictions, no foreclosure in history. |
| Employment: | Must have been employed for two years and earn three (3) times the rental rate per month. |
| Renter's Insurance: | $100,000 minimum liability coverage is required. |
| Any questions regarding special circumstances may be directed to the Community Manager. | |
